Rae
Benjamin,
First NSMHA Employee of the Quarter
North Sound Mental Health Administration recognizes Rae Benjamin for her hard work,
organizational capabilities, flexibility and endurance. She has demonstrated the
ability to research, recommend, plan, coordinate and execute many projects for
the North Sound Mental Health Administration. Along with numerous other
capabilities, Ms. Benjamin has been able to carry out monumental tasks with a
smile and a wonderful sense of humor.
Also nominated:

Francene Thompson – for
her knowledge and advocacy for appropriate mental services for all Region
III consumers.

Dolores Holtcamp – for
her concise and appropriate Quality Review Team reports and her dedication
for surveying over 5% of the consumers receiving services in Region 3.

Bill Whitlock – for his
hard work with the financial audits, recognized for superior clarity and
accuracy statewide and with DSHS Mental Health Division.

Annette Calder – for
exemplary support of the QMOC Committee and Subcommittees.

Sharri Dempsey – for her
work with the eight Region III tribes. Note:
Ms. Dempsey withdrew her nomination to serve as Chair, Employee of the Month
Committee.
The
Employee of the Quarter program is NSMHA’s opportunity to sing our unsung
heroes. Nominations come from the Board of Directors, Advisory Board, County
Coordinators, and staff. A plaque, permanently displayed in the RSN lobby, bears
the name of the individual. At the end of each year, an Employee of the Year
will be selected from the four Employees for each quarter.
